Activities
In order to facilitate change, Aluma offers individual and group activities for some 40,000 young adults in over 100 localities and 20 academic institutes in Israel to provide information, consultations, and guidance. It strives to help young men and women make the best decisions when they reach significant milestones in their lives, such as beginning their service for the State of Israel, pursuing academic degrees, and finding a meaningful place in the job market.
Aluma focuses on three major milestones:
Preparing high school graduates for army or national service, and supporting them during their service.
Making higher education more accessible, and supporting students to facilitate success.
Bridging paths into the workforce.
